Lineas appoints Els Neirynck as Chief Financial Officer 

This appointment marks an important step in reinforcing the company’s financial leadership and stability. In her new role, Els will oversee the financial strategy and performance of Lineas, ensuring that the company continues to strengthen its operational efficiency, financial discipline, and long-term resilience. 

Els Neirynck brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership across industrial and service sectors. She has held CFO roles in several international and private equity-backed companies, where she successfully led transformation and performance improvement programmes. She also serves as an independent non-executive director of Elia Transmission Belgium, where she is a member of the Audit Committee.
